Whether you’re preparing for a gallery, meeting with collectors, applying to graduate school, or simply building your personal archive, our Portfolio Packages are designed to help you present your work with confidence.
Each portfolio combines museum-quality printing, personalized guidance, and a refined presentation that can continue to grow alongside your body of work.
Every Portfolio Package includes:
- Personalized Discovery Call with a BowHaus print specialist
- Museum-quality archival pigment prints
- Your choice of an 11×14 or 16×20 portfolio
- 10 or 25 prints
- An archival presentation box
- White cotton handling gloves
- Professional proofing process
You may also upgrade your package by having each print mounted to 2-ply conservation board for increased rigidity and easier handling.
1. Submit your Portfolio Package Form
Begin by completing the Portfolio Package form. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your work and prepare an accurate estimate.
2. Review Your Estimate
A member of our team will send you a detailed estimate for approval.
3. Upload Your Files
Once approved, you’ll receive a secure upload link along with instructions for scheduling your Discovery Call.
We recommend uploading your files before your appointment so we can review your work ahead of time.
4. Discovery Call
This is where we get to know both you and your artwork.
Together we’ll discuss:
- Your artistic goals
- Paper recommendations
- Print sizing
- Color expectations
- Previous printing experience
- Questions about your files or workflow
If anything changes after our conversation, we’ll update your estimate before production begins.
5. Proofing
Your first round of proofs will be produced and either shipped to you or prepared for in-person review if you’re local.
Need adjustments?
No problem.
You may revise your files yourself, work with our team on image preparation, or continue proofing until you’re happy with the results.
6. Final Prints
Once your proofs are approved, we’ll produce your final prints and either carefully package them for shipping or have them ready for pickup.

- International shipping to be quoted after submitting your Portfolio Package Form. International shipping may not be offered to all locations. VAT, dutues, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and calculated after proof/finals are delivered.
